Quality Guarantee
We work to recognise international quality and environmental standards, delivering a product which not only saves money but has been produced with sustainability at its core. All cartridges come with a lifetime no quibble guarantee.
This guarantee is valid providing that the cartridge has been used in accordance with the printer manufacturer’s instructions and that the machine has been properly maintained. Under no circumstances does the use of a Global Office Supplies cartridge invalidate the printer warranty.
Sustainable Packaging
Our deliveries are made in 100% biodegradable, FSC and PEFC recycled and recyclable bags wherever possible, which can be passed back to a driver on their next delivery or recycled through our paper recycling service.
In cases where a recyclable cardboard box has been used, our drivers will collect them on their next delivery and return to the depot for recycling.
We minimise additional packaging by keeping products in original supplier wrapping where possible. Where multiple items are purchased and supplier wrapping is utilised, we will place both items in this original packaging, eliminating further waste.

Our ‘carbon conscious’ delivery fleet consists of the latest ULEZ delivery vans.
All of our services are available on a national scale and many can be collected at the same time as delivery of your office supplies, providing you with an accessible platform to increase your recycling rates and eliminating the carbon emissions associated with using multiple external providers.
